the hardest part: putting on shoes and going out the door
the scariest part: having to poop mile 3.5 no potties
the worst part: heat and cold
...and humidity
the best part:  The self accomplishment every time you do it
...and the fact it burns enough calories to have a good microbrew for lunch (if you don't eat any food)

By next week, I should be able to start jogging again. I guess it will be starting from the beginning for me. Went for a 3 mile walk this morning.

I never get that potty phenomenon! Sometimes, I need it too... (tmi)
